Mike Hilborn is one of the leaders in the wood restoration industry. Mike has operations in Chicago, Milwaukee, and Minneapolis/St. Paul. He has franchises in North Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Mike has built his company on systems and processes.
He has created comprehensive training and safety DVDs for the efficient and consistent training of all employees and franchisees. After his employees have watched each DVD, their retention is measured with online testing. During the winter months his company designs and installs holiday lighting. His company has decorated hotels, shopping centers, restaurants, and banks as well as high end homes. Mike’s company also removes ice dams throughout the Midwest. Mike is a member of the Wood Coatings Forest Products Committee and he also has hosted a weekly radio show called the Roof-to-Deck Home Show.
