In 1986 while an engineering student at the University of Nebraska I started a window cleaning business. The business was started as a part-time endeavor to put me through school, but due to quick and steady growth I began managing the business full-time in three years. Initially my target customers were small commercial businesses, but after 5 years I sold off that part of my business to pursue the niche market of high-end residential. Due to the requests of our clients over the years we’ve highly diversified and added multiple divisions to our company to include: power washing, air duct cleaning, ultrasonic blind cleaning, gutter cleaning and more. We’ve found that by offering diverse services to the same clients we minimize our overhead and advertising expenses as well as having steady growth and financial stability even in times of economic distress.
I feel I am qualified to be a PWNA board member due to my successful business experience of over 23 years in the cleaning services industry.
